Meet Analea

Aloha, I’m Analea, and I’m truly passionate about teaching and sharing the transformative power of yoga. My own yoga journey began in 2007, and I’ve been teaching public classes since 2010 after earning my yoga teacher certification.

Through consistent practice, yoga has profoundly changed my life—helping me heal from chronic health challenges, cultivating more joy and fulfillment in my daily experience, and guiding me on a lifelong journey of inner healing and spiritual growth.

My teaching style is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, infused with flowing elements of Vinyasa, and always adjusted to the individual or group’s pace. Nearly all of my classes include breathwork (pranayama), short meditation, and deep healing guided relaxation to enhance both the physical and energetic experience.

About Private Classes

You don’t need any prior yoga experience or flexibility to begin your practice.

My private sessions are tailored for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners—customized to your individual needs, pace, and goals.

I place a strong emphasis on proper pose alignment, ensuring a safe and effective practice. Upon request, sessions can also include:

Breathing techniques (pranayama) – to enhance energy, focus, and relaxation
Guided deep healing relaxation (savasana) – to restore balance and release tension
Short guided meditation – to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness

These classes are designed to support your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, helping you deepen your connection to yourself through movement and breath.
