Aloha, I’m Analea!
I’m truly passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. My own journey began in 2007, and since earning my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2010, I’ve been teaching public and private classes and witnessing the incredible impact yoga has on people’s lives.
Through regular practice, yoga has not only helped me heal from chronic health challenges but also brought more joy and fulfillment to my daily life. Every day, I continue to grow, evolve, and learn from the profound and ever-unfolding teachings of yoga.
My teaching style is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, enriched with the flow of Vinyasa yoga, and always tailored to the unique needs of each individual or group.
Most of my classes, in addition to postures, also include breathwork (pranayama), a short meditation, and a profoundly healing and guided relaxation technique, Savasana/Yoga Nidra, which is meant to support both physical and energetic balance.

You don’t need any prior yoga experience or flexibility to begin your practice.
My private sessions are tailored for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners—customized to your individual needs, pace, and goals.
I place a strong emphasis on proper pose alignment, ensuring a safe and effective practice. Upon request, sessions can also include:
